This course is designed as a focused and practical guide to the anatomy of the upper limb. Together we will review bones, joints, muscles, nerves, and vessels in a clear step-by-step way. The aim is not only to understand the structures but also to prepare efficiently for exams — with quick revision blocks, memory techniques, and group recall activities. Clinically important regions such as the axilla and cubital fossa will also be highlighted.
Materials Provided: Real bones for hands-on practice — participants will locate key landmarks and rehearse identifying muscle attachments, making learning both visual and interactive.

The lower limb is essential for understanding movement, support, and clinical practice. This intensive course covers bones, joints, muscles, nerves, and blood vessels of the lower limb in a structured way, helping you master even the most complex details. Special focus will be given to clinically important regions such as the femoral triangle, popliteal fossa, and tarsal tunnel, ensuring you are well-prepared for exams.
